A show that is very hampered by its abrupt pilot. There's so much going on there that makes it unattractive to jump in as you don't know what's going half of the time. The characters feel very odd and seem very set in their roles which gives you the belief you're watching the second season of a show. The show gets better later on, but it still struggles with pacing (some relationships really go from 0 to 100 or 100 to 0 like that) and the overall plot is all over the place, as if they wrote every script on a weekly basis. Probably one of the weaker Who spin-offs.
Really great show, better than doctor who!
