Humphrey buys a new boat for himself on the island while at the same time, a millionaire philanthropist is murdered on his yacht. Next to the victim is a toy soldier, which baffles Humphrey. As the investigation gets underway, Humphrey and the team learn the philanthropist had run-ins with all of the suspects.
