Saint Marie's outgoing governor, Caroline Bamber, is poisoned after accepting a drink from Selwyn at her farewell party. As Humphrey checks Caroline's bag for any potential evidence, he finds an unsigned note warning Caroline of her own death. Also, Humphrey's continues his search for a girlfriend through dating websites.
