Everyone is still confused by Don Benjumea's inheritance, especially Maritxu, she still has a hard time assimilating that she is the new co-owner of the Híspalis clinic, with all that that implies. Now that her future seems to be in the south, moving away from her son Iñaki again, Maritxu will also have to manage the problem of her tavern: a crack that has appeared in the Kaia that threatens its closure. Jozé arrives north, in search of the land inherited from Don Benjumea and Carmen decides to accompany him in his search for her. They both end up lost. Unable to contact Carmen, Iñaki and the gang organize a raid in the forest under the command of Rosa Mari. In the south, the staff lives with the noose around their necks due to the rumor of Cristóbal's sales plans, who has gone to Donosti to convince Maritxu to sell her part of the clinic and thus be able to sell the clinic to an investor.
