In the north, Carmen tries to get a job with Koldo and Izaskun's gynecologist; but Koldo tries to prevent him from finding out about her secret. Will Carmen get the job? What will Horacio, the attractive and original gynecologist, think when he meets Carmen? Meanwhile, the Kaia works force the group to look for a new headquarters. They can't find any bar to their liking. What a tragedy! What they don't know is that brother-in-law Josemari may have the solution. Jozé, who only thinks about returning to the south, finds it increasingly difficult to return to her. Rosa Mari has denounced him for breaking her leg - in an unfortunate incident - and now she is awaiting trial. In the south, Cristóbal intends to live in the clinic, but Maritxu forbids him. Due to a series of misunderstandings, Cristóbal thinks that Maritxu wants to kill him. Bego goes down to Seville to convince Maritxu to return to the north, a decision that will erode the relationship between the sisters. Dolores and Celia are becoming closer; Celia is Dolores' great support in not missing Carmen so much. But Dolores won't know what to do when Celia makes a decision that will leave her stunned.
