Iñaki is very busy preparing the inauguration of the Kaia-Arzak. He barely sees Carmen, who has returned to work with Horacio, with whom he gets along better and better. The inauguration of the new establishment means a lot: Bego and Maritxu maintain their war although they end up reconciling. Peio and Yasmín try to get intimate but Rosa Mari doesn't make it easy for them. And Koldo and Izaskun manage to conceive a child taking advantage of the fact that she is at the peak of ovulation. Iñaki will want to celebrate the success of his new business with Carmen, but she will be busy with Horacio. In the south, taking advantage of the fact that Maritxu is moving north, Cristóbal hires very young and inexperienced nurses, relegating Dolores and Ángela to the background. Trini fears the worst due to Cristóbal's ideas to improve the clinic's image... and, to make matters worse, Dolores becomes jealous when she sees Celia fooling around with Íngrid, a 20-year-old Dutch woman who now takes her position. Rafi is looking for a waiter to replace Isabel, who has to go to town to take care of her mother. She hires Juan, a friend's son, but he is a complete disaster... Rafi is determined to fire him but some very surprising news will leave him in a state of shock.
