Iñaki, after seeing Carmen and Horacio's connection at the Kaia Arzak opening, is convinced that Horacio wants something with Carmen. Everyone tells him that his jealousy is absurd, but in the end reality will prove him right... Horacio appears with a bouquet of flowers behind the watchful gaze of the gang that keeps an eye on him to discover his intentions. Trini, fed up with Cristóbal and Maritxu making decisions at the clinic and seeing that they want to freeze her salary, decides to secure a position of power at the hospital, even if that means something as unappealing as seducing Cristóbal.
