Especially once season 4 started you could really see the mans' frustration with the cat owners and how much he is holding back... Some if it he at least says in front of the camera, but it honestly is always their own fault for not spaying their cats, not introducing two cats to each other properly, not having ANY cat trees or catwalks at all, not making sure the territory is safe, not getting the cat to the vet when they are unusually reactive or peeing, not having proper litter boxes (or the proper amount), locking a cat up in a tiny room for years on end and expecting it to be nicer then... Plus the amount of fat cats due to bad food is just sad.
I get his approach though. Its basically "how can I make this cats' life as good as possible with these people" and he acts like its for them. F.e. too exhausting to play with your cat even though thats its only source of exercise at all given that you keep them alone? Try automatic cat toys, they suck compared to actual interaction and you won't bond with your cat but at least you will get some sleep and the cat won't be depressed and/or completely hyper anymore!
He words everything as a solution for the humans and thats why they accept it... I couldn't do that and it does have the risk of giving some viewers (and the owners) the impression that the cat really is acting weird/crazy/agressive or its the cats' fault, but it does seem to work with people since he never outright tells them that they are in the wrong (or abusive, as some are).
