One of the most fascinating literary characters comes to life on television for the first time: psychiatrist-turned-serial-killer, Dr. Hannibal Lecter. The actual episode 4 (called Œuf) was not aired but they did make it available on iTunes. The episodes list here is a bit mixed up but tvrage has it right now

also. episode 1x05 has leaked (about 15 minutes ago as of this comment). they'll be airing 1x04 in full internationally probably within the next couple weeks, so you cocksuckers who couldn't wait will be able to find it on the internet soon.
They released the relevant parts of episode 4 as a web series today and according to wikipedia the fourth episode will be aired on April 30th in Asia.
@TomF "*2nd Update: In another interesting bit of news, NBC officially announced this change today, but has been planning it since earlier this week. The episode that was pulled was titled “Ceuf” and “Coquilles” will be the new episode 4. The preview video, photos, and synopsis below are from what you’ll see next week. There are supposed to be some clips from the original episode 4 that will be released online to fill in any character development gaps. The original episode 4 is still scheduled to air outside of the US."
It will air at some point internationally, as they always do, and it will be available on special edition DVD.
