@Sarkasper huh? What makes it rubbish?
As someone who lives about an hour away from the American/Canadian border, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENING HERE. The reason why the El Paso/Juarez border is so fascinating is because of the clash of cultures, where those on the Mexican side are looking for work in America, and Americans go down for the cheap shopping, yada yada. The thing about these two cities is that El Paso isn't quite American, and Juarez isn't quite Mexican, they're two towns that need each other to survive and have the mix of both American and Mexican culture. And the show has done an excellent job exploring this, especially after moving away from the garbage David Tate serial killer bullshit.
It was rubbish, could maybe have worked if they used the american/canadian border.
@fabhawk But its nothing compared to the original, that's what I meant.
@kakature The killing is great... !
This show is good, I recommend it.
Its a top-tier show from FX like Justified and Sons of Anarchy, though something completely different than those two.
Looks fine to me, it's a US remake of "Broen".
Lol, if it's going to be like The Killing/Forbrydelsen, just ignore it.
