Just as Officer Terry Moore is leaving the police station a car speeds past him. When Terry tries to pull him over the driver takes off into the back streets in an attempt to get away. But when he fails to take a corner and crashes Officer Moore has him. Marijuana in the car is going to add to the driver’s woes.
