The teams then left for the Valley Stampede Challenge, working in pairs across a punishing obstacle course. During the Challenge Shannan continued to struggle to motivate Hamish, while the Reds against marked themselves as the team to beat by taking the win. The Whites took second, leaving the Blacks and Blues battling to avoid a last place finish.
