In order to spruce up the boardwalk amusement park, Mr. Fischoeder buys a mechanical shark that was used in the old movie, The Deepening 3D. After Tina, Gene & Louise accidentally break the shark, it goes on a rampage through the streets which leaves the block captain, Bob, the only one that can stop it.
