Damon and Stefan try a brutal new approach to provoke Elena into turning her humanity back on, and Caroline is frustrated when her attempt to intervene backfires. When Elena figures out a way to call the Salvatore brothers' bluff, they call for backup from a surprising source. Matt gives Rebekah some unsolicited advice on her life choices, and she tries to help him in return. Caroline has a confusing and dangerous encounter with Klaus, and Katherine is suspicious when Bonnie makes her an offer that she promises will benefit them both.

And once again we see that Matt doesn't have purpose in this show. He is just linked as 'Elena's family' ... nothing more. No one would find out if he left for a few episodes... No one from us or them(characters).
hah... like, the best things in this episode were the faces of brothers when Elena told them about killing Katherine. These faces shown us how they never really thought about actually killing her xD They still hate her, despise her... but they don't even thought about killing her :P

And I loved the way Damon dealt with Matt to restore Elena's humanity ... Only he could do that. The rest are like sheeps without shepherd. They see the danger, they cry, scream, but they really cannot do much about it xD
The only thing I hate in this episode is the stupid plastic face of that stupid Silas...I hope he's gonna die in the finale...
Fantastic episode! I've been missing episodes like this one. It's the kind of hour that only The Vampire Diaries can offer you... It sucks that it took so long for the show to get back to the rails, but it looks like the next couple of episodes will be amazing!
