A string of family murders takes place and Will determines they were conducted by each of the families' missing children, who were abducted and brainwashed into killing their old families for their sinister "new family." Against Alana's recommendation, Hannibal checks Abigail out of the hospital for some frightening psychiatric practices that ultimately align her loyalty with him. (NOTE: This episode airs only outside the U.S., because NBC pulled the episode due to its content.)

Boriiiiiing
@missmoonlight Yep. Was my mistake. Thanks ;)
@Nicktim Actually the name is right. Like some people said, it means "egg" in French. I suppose that all the episodes are named in French.
honestly, I don't see why they pulled this episode specifically. Not that it isn't in poor taste exactly, but that it is in the same poor taste all the episodes are, but with the same elevation to art the others also enjoy.
I realize there was a situation that made them choose better of putting it on, but honestly, I can't see that refusing to air it was better. The more sensible option would have been to just push the show off a week like they did with Castle (so I heard, I don't watch Castle personally).
If you're going to go so far for the sake of art, for the sake of revealing the human psyche --- which certainly seems to be the attempt with this show, though we don't yet know how successful they will be -- then you need to stand by your art, to stand by your statement. If you must make any concessions at all, then to the benefit of good taste I can see holding back a week before putting your particular brand of, let's face it, disturbing forays back out there.
That said -- the episode was fine, not great, and using the light touch they do (and especially focusing on things not relevant to the case itself instead of the case itself) detracted from the obvious exploration and the resulting message. It isn't absent, but it is handled somewhat poorly due to lack of focus.
Then again, balancing series story with episode story is hard -- too much of the latter and the people feel like it was filler (you need, at the least, character drama to mitigate this) and too much of the former and everything not only drags out painfully -- but the episodic adventures become quite meaningless, erasing even their functionary role as setting and opportunity for character arcs.
Then it gets even more complex from there what with coincidence and the concerned preferred designs' possible failings themselves so...
Yeah, fine, not great, but glad I saw it.
Wrong name. Should be Ceuf.
Lecter is one sick son of a bitch.
But so charismatic.
For people who don't like torrents too much:
Google
TuSerie Hannibal.S01E04.Ceuf.KorSub.720P.HDTV.X264.AAC.KK
for a convenient mega.co.nz link.
(Wasn't sure if direct links are permitted around here, so yeah... google that shit)

@quinn
Yeah my excuses.. Was about to delete my comment, just found out now :/
@BertDenolf
Nope, that's actually just a really bad quality rip of 1x05.
