Dotty trains Oso to sneak onto Wolfie's boat and get a briefcase without being seen or heard. The catch is that Oso must go up against the mysterious Agent Musa who is master of speed and stealth. But Musa beats Oso to the briefcase, and Wolfie launches Oso off the boat after hearing him talk. That's when a special alert comes in. Two kids, Zack and Chloe, are at a fancy dinner party to celebrate the wedding of their aunt Mary and uncle James, but Zach doesn't know much about using good table manners.
