In this hour long special the secret that Matt and Maxine have been guarding since September is finally out in the open as Matt confesses to a stunned Charlie that he slept with Maxine and now believes she is carrying his child. But the irony of the situation is that Maxine's desperate attempts to keep the whole thing under wraps, by spilling the beans to Matt about Charlie's plans for an abortion, lead to Matt's shocking confession. Maxine is convinced that Matt will be able to persuade Charlie to keep the baby, therefore getting him out of her and Ashley's life forever.
