After seven years of waiting, the team members are about to get their hands on their new Dreamliner plane. Designer Nik and cabin crew trainer Matt Whip are among the crew flying the new aircraft back to the UK. However, on the trip home, Nik discovers that his new lighting has an unfortunate side effect on the crew's blouses. Meanwhile, back at Heathrow, Chief Executive Craig and his senior team find the welcoming party does not run as smoothly as expected. Cameras also follow staff at the customer complaints centre in Swansea, and in the Crawley warehouse, Tom is thinking about his future.
