When Reiji is requested to join the Dragonic Heaven tournament, Gokaku's brother, Rockaku, challenges him to a fight for the spot in the tournament. When Chibi is poisoned by one of Rockaku's henchmen, he is unable to battle normally, and Rockaku appears to have an easy victory.
