Kagami warns Tendou to stay out of ZECT affairs now that a new Kamen Rider is here. After saving a wedding and fighting a pair of Worm, TheBee then asks Kabuto about joining them and ZECT, but Kabuto refuses, resulting in a showdown between the Riders.
