Lexi asks Jimmy to put in a good word with Carl for her, unaware that he is increasingly attracted to Anna. Carl is spiky when Jimmy brings up Lexi and he insists that he and Lexi are over. David offers to clean Rodney's house for free to hunt for more Rollercoaster Rod stories but he leaves empty-handed.
