陳鳳翔擔任臥底搗破黑幫和興盛後，因為他在黑幫的經歷以致未能融入警隊﹐陳在經歷八年文職過渡期後，受命被轉到反黑組，協助新來的上司張少鈞對付昔日曾參與的社團《和興盛》。但張對陳以前的身份並不認同﹐令陳無所適從﹐不過在得到前上司張sir的指導之後﹐令整個反黑B1-1組﹐團結一致﹐但在調查黑社會的時候無意之中發現一個香港百年驚天大陰謀！
