La prova in esterna è a Napoli, nella sede del Circolo Savoia. Le due brigate dovranno cucinare per i 40 atleti che partecipano a una gara di canottaggio. Dovranno realizzare un menù interamente basato su un solo ingrediente: la pasta. Al termine, una delle due brigate dovrà affrontare un Pressure Test decisivo le quali sorti sono rimandate alla prossima puntata.
