John, a professional photographer, is met by Dr. Sissy who arranges for him to travel with the RFDS. When a mine collapses he is caught up in the tragedy and Dr. Sissy has to perform emergency surgery. Distressed by the ordeal she reveals to Dr. Solomon her true relationship to John. On the job -Ted misses his day in court.
