Matilda and the Ramsay bunch take off for a sky-high adventure as Tilly attempts an incredible cooking first. The family is going on holiday to the Italian island of Sardinia, but before they set off Tilly makes everyone breakfast - her Full Britalia pizza, which is half British and half Italian. Once the family board the plane and are flying high, Tilly gets the chance to do what she's always wanted to attempt - cooking at 30,000 feet.
