To kick it off she arranges for her brother Jack and sister Holly to have the adrenaline ride of their lives, a full-speed waterskiing and wakeboarding run along the Cornish coastline. Then she sets up a pop-up tea room on the sand dunes and bakes the ultimate Cornish cream tea for Gordon and Holly. Next it's a no-holds barred Ramsay race full of thrills, spills and excitement.
