This time Phil takes on a Sicilian-style home in Bath, whose sellers just don't seem to be listening. Sam and Maria have been trying to sell for ten months, with no luck. Is that because the garden looks like a builder's yard, as well as the unfinished jobs in almost every room? Or, because they've covered nearly every floor in shiny, cold, Italian floor tiles? Phil quickly realises the problem is all of the above. But will they take his advice and tackle his to-do list?
