Phil Spencer goes undercover in Derbyshire, hoping he can overcome some dodgy DIY, sticky stains and a posse of pussies and get a sale in just two weeks. Gwyneth and her daughters are under pressure to find a buyer before someone else snaps up the dream home they want to move into. But with six cats and a neglected house, the buyers are not biting.
