Newlyweds Mayra and Chris and their blended family are eager to move into a new home with dedicated spaces for everyone to enjoy. But their bachelor pad-style house will need a major overhaul before they can sell it for top dollar and afford the home of their dreams. Drew and Jonathan step in to turn the family's fortunes around. The home has been sitting on the market for a month with no offers, but Jonathan's open floor plan breathes new life into the home's stale décor. Meanwhile, Drew searches for a luxurious new home complete with a mancave for Chris, a big yard for the boys, and a tranquil retreat for Mayra.
