Seo-gyeong becomes silent and thoughtful when she hears from Se-yeong that she could lose both children or gain both. Jin-a becomes lax in her schoolwork and hangs out with the wrong crowd. Tae-hee is in despair since she might have to sell her pharmacy. But she is overcome with emotion when So-young offers to loan her the money to make a move to a different location.
