Shimmy - 1x01 Hips, Hops, and a Shimmy

Beginning with a gentle but thorough warm up to prepare the body to dance, the teaching sequence includes the 'shoulder shimmy', 'hip rotation', the '1,2,3 hop', and the 'hip pop'. In the final act, viewers combine the moves they have just learned into a beautiful choreography that concludes with a freestyle belly dance.
