California couple Paul and Susie have done a lot of traveling together, and they've always loved the Lake Adger area of western North Carolina. With their kids all grown up and away at college, the couple is ready to make the big move out of LA and back to a more peaceful, simple life together in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Susie, an artist and a painter, wants a cabin with a nice space for a workshop and possibly a studio. Paul wants a cozy fireplace for the cold winters and nice piece of land, and they both want plenty of room for friends and family to stay when they visit.
