With Sandi’s help, Oscar runs for school trustee to get condoms in bathrooms. But then he sleeps with Patti and turns out she may be pregnant. Nathan and Patti vie for Oscar’s affections while Emilio pines for Patti. Patti ends up not being pregnant but she and Oscar call it quits after he loses the election.
