Jamie, Michael and Adam are three young brothers from Liverpool who have an unusual passion: they love ballet, and all want to be professional dancers. The three boys are on the brink of experiences and decisions that could change their lives forever.
13-year-old Jamie lives away from home at one of the country's top ballet schools, and is having to cope with homesickness and full-time dance training. His 11-year-old brother Michael has a big dilemma: should he follow Jamie's example, keep dancing and try and win a place at ballet school, even though he could face the taunts of bullies?
The youngest, Adam, is hoping to win a part in a professional musical show. He is only nine but, if he is successful, he will need to leave Liverpool and live away from home once rehearsals start.
It is make or break time for the ballet boys.
