Kate and Ian are lifelong diving fanatics and after getting married, they visited Bonaire and immediately started to plan for the future. Their dream is to have a beachfront home with direct access to this southern Caribbean island's beautiful diving reefs, but that dream is quickly scuttled when the couple discovers that mortgage restrictions in Bonaire limits their purchase to cash-only.
