A St. Louis couple works toward their commitment of maintaining strong connections with their blended family. In an attempt to motivate the family to spend more time together, they decide to find a second home in sunny Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where they hope to eventually open a bed and breakfast. With the help of their kids, the couple is hoping to find the perfect home that can balance everyone's different priorities.
