Top hoteliers John and Francis Brennan continue their mission to help independent hospitality businesses and this week they’re at The Strand Inn located in the pretty seaside village of Dunmore East.
Clifden Foyle and his younger sister Louise intend to take over the family business, which includes 16 bedrooms, a bar and two restaurants. They have ambitious and expensive plans but the Brennans are convinced they are ignoring the profit-making opportunities that exist right under their noses.
