Zeynep sees Melek's despair and tries to comfort her. The girl, however, refuses protection and blames herself for threatening to separate her from her brother. Melek goes looking for his brother at the orphanage and finds a way to escape with him. Sule and Zeynep will have to go to the police station to testify about the children's disappearance. Aysel and Gonul find Melek and Hassam. Gonul tells Zeynep that he's going to run away with the two children and that he'll let her know at every place they arrive. With regret, Melek decides to say goodbye to Zeynep.
