Jung Sun’s job is to take care of the VIP clients of Sung Un Department Store. She is working hard to satisfy a female client who wants to get a rare pair of shoes delivered to her within a short period of time. When Jung Sun and her team members manage to get her job done, she hears that the client died of myocardial infarction. From her way back home from the funeral, she thinks about what life is.
The VIP Management Team now has a new team member named Yu Ri. From the first day she joins the team, a rumor about her starts to spread. On her first day, she is asked to assist a notorious female VIP customer. Meanwhile, Sung Jun receives a text message when he’s working alone in the office late at night, and then a mysterious guest visits his office.
