When WC promises to bring Goondianna Smith, Li’l Elvis’ hero, to the official renaming ceremony, everyone is overjoyed - everyone except Li’l Elvis. So as WC Moore’s machines fly in buildings and transform the town, Li’l Elvis vows to rid the town of WC’s influence. But first there’s the matter of a million year old Bog Man to attend to....
