So when WC Moore announces that the famous hypno-interviewer, Dick Collingwood from, “48 Minutes Plus Ads” is coming to cover the party for TV, Li’l Elvis jumps at the chance to use Dick to get the truth of his origins from Grace and Len. Meanwhile, Janet and Lionel work overtime to make Li’l Elvis’ other birthday dream come true. He wants to go surfing - no easy task in an outback town surrounded by desert.
