They include model-turned-presenter Gail Porter, once admired for her looks, who lost her hair through alopecia. Others are Jono, who was born without cheekbones, Matipa, one of four black sisters but the only one with albinism. Alex, who lost his lips and the flesh around his mouth after suffering a virus and Naomi, whose face was scarred by an acid attack
