When the car breaks down, desperate Tyrone gets the examiner to let him fix it, reminding him how he saved his life. After getting the car working again, Tyrone passes his test. After reminding himself how much Ashley means to him, Fred tells him he's welcome to his own beliefs. Linda investigates performance-related pay and thinks Underworld should adopt it but Mike isn't sure.
