While having lunch with Beth in one of the complexes that is being renovated, Josh is schocked to find out that a Union representative is now working with his father, Russ Adler. Russ has now had all of the locals that were working on the project fired. After Beth visits Josh at his shared apartment, she and Joe wait outside to get a cab.
