Lady Elaine uses her Boomerang-toomerang-soomerang to turn them upside down while they exercise. The boomerang doesn’t work properly. The whole neighborhood is upside down and she can’t turn it right side up. When she finally turns everything right, the kings asks her to keep the boomerang outside.
