When the girl's picnic is rained out, Sweetheart finds a frog with an injured leg. Sweetheart takes the frog (she named Spot) to the vet who tells Sweetheart he'll be well in 3 days. Sweetheart takes him with her but causes trouble at Bon Bon's house and Starlight's ice cream parlor. Sweetheart brings Spot to school, but he causes more chaos. Miss Hackney tells Sweetheart to set Spot free. Tearfully, the girls release Spot into the wild.
