Chang is back and hires the help of several under sea divers to help find the weapon that Nightman tossed into the ocean in their first meeting.At the same time Chang traps Johnny in a repeating dream scenario through subliminal suggestion to keep Johnny of his trail to give himself more time to find the weapon,and rebuild it.
