Jack and Dr. Weiskopf arrive at the courthouse and the doctor testifies that Julia is a danger to herself and others. Julias lawyer informs the judge that Julia has escaped. Jack and Carly run home to make sure the baby is okay and discover that the nurse and Jack Jr. are missing. Jack goes off to search for the baby. Julia emerges from the shadows pretending to hold the baby in her arms. She outlines her plan to destroy Carly and Jacks marriage. She throws the bundle at Carly and runs off. Carly unwraps the blanket only to find a frozen turkey inside. Jack returns home and soon after, the nurse and Jackie, Jr. return home from an innocent walk in the park. Margo is furious when the hotel manager recants his identification of James. Jessica demands that Marshall take a stand against James. In private, Marshall does, threatening to prosecute him for last years kidnappings. When James swears hell never give the precious information Marshalls worked so hard to get from him, Marshall backs down.
