At the beginning, the Prophet Isaiah reveals that he has discovered that as soon as 31 minutes is over the world will end. The world enters in panic as well as the tv station workers and then they decide to make a farewell special, where the reporters go out to capture the impressions discovering that people are scared by the imminent end of the world. In the studio Tulio and the others decide to do the things that they like the most in order to spend their last moments happily. Tulio and Bodoque (which finally made money in horse racing) decide to give away all their money since they will not need it. When the end of the world comes, everyone is ready for the end, but nothing more than a small blackout happens. Later the prophet tells them that although the world ended, another one started in its place and that this happens every day but that nobody notices it. Although everyone is upset and Tulio remembers giving his money away, everyone decides to do what they like best.
