The guys interview several individuals with different backgrounds. A pair of hippies who only use organic products, an organic food lobbyist, an organic farmer, scientists, researchers, an organic chef who is 107 years old and credits his age for eating organic foods, and two organic food skeptics. They also conduct a scientific test to see if ordinary people can tell the difference between organic and non organic produce.
